A well-established professional services organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Ireland is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join its Belfast office. Your new role
As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment. This position offers a varied workload combining traditional office administration duties with support for business development and tender submission activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence management and filing systems.
- Coordinating meetings, diary management, travel arrangements and visitor administration.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, presentations and business documentation to tight deadlines.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, facilities and external service providers.
- Supporting finance administration, including purchase orders, invoices, expense processing and project documentation.
- Assisting with quality management administration and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support across multiple departments as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an office administration position, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
- A qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team when required.
