Structural Engineer

You are an experienced Senior Structural Engineer, with excellent communication and team leadership skills. Scope of projects includeindustrial, residential, and infrastructure.

About you:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree and Chartered status.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant codes and Australian standards.
• Adept at leading a team of engineers and drafters.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Skilled with Autocad, Revit - detailing, documenting and structural analysis.
• Analytical and collaborative.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, reliable and confident.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the structural design and documentation of commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Manage structural engineering projects from initial concept through to construction and completion.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, engineering reports, specifications, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the structural engineering team.
• Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings and construction meetings.
• Identify design risks and provide practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Other tasks as defined by business needs.
