Customer Service Representative

Milani Electric & Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a growing international organization providing electrical and solar solutions to residential and commercial clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Delhi office and support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle customer calls and provide prompt assistance.

✔ Understand customer requirements and guide them effectively.

✔ Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

✔ Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry tasks.

✔ Update information in Microsoft Dynamics and internal systems.

✔ Prepare and send invoices to customers.

✔ Coordinate with internal teams and maintain operational records.

✔ Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills:

✔ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Mandatory).

✔ Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.

✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Preferred:

✔ Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Data Entry, Back Office, or International Process roles.

✔ Experience in handling customer calls and CRM systems.
