About the Role

We're looking for someone to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5. This isn't just content creation — you'll frame the product from the ground up: what we teach, how it's structured, how it's delivered, and how it evolves. You'll treat the curriculum as a product, with learners as your users.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end curriculum product for Grades 1–5 across curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB)
• Design the product framework — learning outcomes, lesson structures, assessment banks, and progression paths
• Build and iterate: launch, gather feedback from tutors and students, and improve continuously
• Work with tech tools and AI-assisted workflows to build and scale content efficiently
• Collaborate with tutors, academic teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
• Track quality and learning outcomes, and use data to refine the product

What We're Looking For

• Experience in curriculum development or academic content for early grades (1–5)
• A product mindset — you know how to frame, structure, and build a product, not just write content
• Tech savvy — comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong understanding of early years pedagogy and how young learners engage
• Self-driven and fast-paced — you can take ownership and run with it
