Job Description

• Support the Director – Finance in managing the overall finance function and provide overarching support across finance and operations.

• Oversee routine finance operations, including financial processes, controls, compliance, and reporting.

• Review and strengthen finance processes and internal controls to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

• Support internal reviews, audits, and closure of compliance-related matters.

• Oversee and support administrative and IT-related operational matters, including cost, service levels, risk, and compliance.

• Coordinate with internal teams, outsourced service providers, and management to ensure smooth execution of finance and operational activities.

• Mentor and coach the team to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities.

• Contribute to robust internal systems and processes that strengthen organisational efficiency and governance.
