Project Manager

• Project conceptualization & planning.
• Hands on execution for project activities like Eletro-mechanical work, clean room partitions, HVAC, clean utilities, black utilities etc.
• To work out, monitor & control the costing/budget for the project.
• To prepare & ensure the schedule for project including execution & commissioning with validation.
• To ensure statutory & regulatory compliances for the project.
• To ensure site safety, GMP, aesthetics of plant, HR & Admin compliances.
• To prepare the layouts for project.
• Co-ordination with all internal & external stakeholders for overall project activities.
• To prepare the tenders, float the enquiry & to prepare comparatives for mechanical, electrical, insulation and tenders etc.
• To ensure timely completion of validation documents.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Follow -up the material/equipment deliveries.
• To ensure the timely GR preparation, invoicing of the vendors etc.
• To send the enquiries for equipment's & prepare comparatives.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting Manager.
