Customer Service Attendant

Hoppers Crossing Sports Clubissearching for casual and part time Customer Service Attendants to join our Gaming, Food & Beverage team.

As part of this position your work would include:

Exceptional customer service

Responsible service of alcohol to members and guests

Bar & table service

Food handling and service

Maintaining presentation standards of the Club.

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) in Victoria (or a willingness to gain) are essential. Experience in hospitality or service industry and / or qualifications will also be highly regarded.

If you take pride in your appearance and presentation, have exceptional communication skills with a natural flair for providing outstanding customer service, then this is the job for you.

You will need to demonstrate:

previous hospitality experience preferable

great teamwork and enthusiasm

high attention to detail

high level of resilience

Comfortable with working split shifts

Availability on weekends and evenings however we believe in Work/Life/Balance and aim to provide our employees with a weekend off per month.
