We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Argentina! 

  

Role – Business Analyst 

Location – Argentina / Mexico (Remote) 

Work Schedule -  EST 

 

 

Must Haves: 

1. 5 – 7 years of business analysis experience 

2. Outstanding communication 

3. Excellent stakeholder management

Technical background (will be working closely with the IT dept) 

  

Job overview:  

- Collaborates with customers to co-develop project/product roadmaps and drive products/features from concept to launch  

- Continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks 

- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization 

- Co-Develops, owns, and executes project/product roadmap with IT Leadership 

- Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for stakeholders 

- Partners with all departments to define the user experience for internal users, including support and monitoring 

- Translates project/product roadmap features into well-defined project/product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria 

- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
