Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design and video editing experience
• Strong portfolio with social media creatives, ad designs, and video edits
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Ability to manage multiple brands and handle feedback efficiently
• Understanding of current social media formats, trends, and platform behaviour

Role Overview

Brandtackers is looking for Creative Designers who can design high‑performing social media creatives, ad visuals, and short‑form videos for multiple client brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create high‑converting ad creatives for Meta and Google Display
• Edit short‑form videos and reels in platform‑native formats
• Collaborate with strategists and writers to execute campaign briefs
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts

Good to Have

• 4–5 years of experience across static, motion, and video
• Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, or Canva AI
• Strong interest in typography, motion design, or brand storytelling
