Our client is a national, multi-disciplinary construction company delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, retail and specialist construction sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their collaborative and high-performing team.


As the Project Coordinator, you will provide essential support across multiple projects, ensuring documentation, communication and project administration are delivered accurately and efficiently.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Supporting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of construction projects.

  • Preparing and managing project documentation including RFIs, variations, contracts and project correspondence.

  • Coordinating procurement, purchase orders and material deliveries.

  • Monitoring project programmes, milestones and key deliverables.

  • Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Assisting with project reporting, cost tracking and financial administration.

  • Maintaining compliance documentation and accurate project records.

  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up outstanding actions.

About You:



  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Contracts Administrator within the commercial construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project documentation.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using construction management software is highly regarded.
