NQ 1 Year PQE | Belfast

Joining the firm's well-respected Commercial Property team, you'll work alongside recognised experts in the Northern Ireland market and gain exposure to an exceptional breadth of work from day one. The team advises on commercial acquisitions and disposals, investment transactions, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, commercial leasing, real estate finance and complex funding arrangements. You'll also have the opportunity to work on high-value regeneration schemes, mixed-use developments and significant property investment transactions that continue to shape Northern Ireland's commercial landscape.

About You
Qualified Solicitor (due to qualify in 2026 or recently qualified in 2025)
NQ to 1 year's PQE
Commercial Property experience gained during your training contract or since qualification
Strong technical ability with excellent communication skills
Commercially minded and keen to develop your career within a leading real estate practice
