Description
A Talent Development Partner to
- Review and improve the performance management process and appraisal process
- Develop and embed talent frameworks
- Support managers with succession planning
- Identify high potential's and critical roles
- Shape the talent, performance and leadership approach across the organisation
- Support managers with performance conversations and with the new appraisal process with a goal setting approach
- Design and deliver new talent processes
- Build and develop leadership capability
- Deliver leadership programs and interventions
- Develop and implement talent interventions to help identify, develop and retain talent
Profile
A Talent Development Partner with:
- Previous experience of designing, delivering and embedding talent and performance management processes and initiatives
- Open to sector background: multi site / property / retail experience desirable
- Proactive and passionate approach to develop and retain talent
Job Offer
Permanent Talent Development Partner
Up to 58,000 per annum
London based with hybrid working
