Position: Sales Operations & Enablement Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $150/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026

Role Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate high-quality sales operations scenarios. Leverage experience in capacity planning, performance management, and enablement.
• Convert sales-performance data into practical manager actions. Produce workflows, templates, and training for frontline teams.
• Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
• Collaborate on a UK business-hours rhythm with live team sessions and occasional evening messages.
• Engage in a full-time project with flexible hours and independent work.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years in sales operations, revenue enablement, territory or capacity planning, or commercial program management.
• Experience with capacity plans, performance scorecards, and enablement programs.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work there.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B media sales, advertising or ad-tech, SaaS businesses, agencies, or publisher revenue teams.
• Skills in demand-based staffing, performance management, and commercial process design.

Compensation & Legal

• Hourly contractor
• Two weeks of garden leave at the end of the engagement.
• One month non-compete running concurrently.
