Candidates with experience in premium hospitals, five-star hotels, airlines, or luxury hospitality will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil (preferred), good computer knowledge, and a warm, patient-friendly approach.

You will be responsible for delivering a five-star patient experience, managing registrations, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a welcoming front office environment.

☎️Telephone Executive – 2 Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate professionals with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, with additional languages being an advantage. You will handle patient enquiries, convert enquiries into appointments, maintain follow-up records, and provide exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

‍⚕️ Staff Nurse (Ophthalmology) – 1 Position

We are looking for a qualified GNM or B.Sc. Nursing professional who is compassionate, proactive, and committed to delivering quality patient care. Prior experience in ophthalmology is preferred.

The role involves coordinating patient care, assisting consultants during procedures, maintaining infection control standards, supporting clinical operations, and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey.

Surgical Counsellor / Surgical Coordinator – 2 Positions

We are looking for experienced professionals who can guide patients through their surgical journey with empathy and professionalism. Candidates with experience in patient counselling, surgical coordination, hospital operations, or healthcare customer service are preferred. The role includes counselling patients on treatment options, explaining surgical procedures and financial packages, coordinating surgeries with various departments, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient experience from consultation to discharge.
