The Wire Harness Assembler is a key member of a small production team responsible for building and testing wire harness assemblies. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, this role involves daily hands-on assembly and testing tasks using basic hand tools and specialized machinery. Precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cables and wires for assembly
• Perform crimping and soldering tasks
• Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Test wire harnesses to ensure proper functionality
• Document assembly processes and test results
• Maintain compliance with safety standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in wire harness assembly
• Proficient in hand soldering and crimping
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
