I'm working with a company specialising in composite engineering that develops projects for supercars, hypercars and other high-performance applications.

As part of its growth, they're building their own advanced composites workshop from scratch and are looking to bring in a Senior Composite Manufacturing Engineer. You'll be involved in setting up the workshop, industrialising manufacturing processes, developing tooling and moulds, solving production challenges and driving continuous process improvement. We're looking for someone with a solid background in composite manufacturing, tooling experience and a practical mindset. Someone who enjoys staying close to production and wants to leave their mark on how things are done.
