Opis stanowiska

• Create, maintain, and update customer master data in SAP
• Perform regular data analysis, validation, and clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure pricing information is up to date
• Implement and update promotional pricing within SAP
• Process and book customer-issued invoices
• Manage pricing-related customer queries and complaints, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Provide high-quality support and advice to customers and commercial teams
• Prepare documentation, reports, and records to support business operations
• Perform internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures and policies
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities across the team

Profil kandydata

• Previous experience in pricing, master data, customer service, sales support, administration, or a similar role
• Proven experience working with data and maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken is mandatory
• University degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience working in an international business environment will be an advantage
