In this role you drive European therapy development initiatives to activate patients and engage referrers, aligning cross-functional teams to optimize pathways. You partner with commercial field teams to empower HCPs with effective messaging and tools, and you lead the development and deployment of compliant, scientifically accurate assets for HCPs and patients. You will own and refine HCP engagement strategies across educational sessions, events, and field activities, while advancing digital engagement and content programs. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead European therapy development initiatives focused on patient activation, referrer engagement (CATALYST), and pathway optimization • Collaborate with commercial field teams to improve HCP engagement through tools, messaging, and materials • Own and optimize HCP engagement strategies across educational sessions, referral events, and field activities • Develop, adapt, and deploy marketing and educational assets ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance for HCP and patient audiences • Drive digital engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletter campaigns and ongoing HCP communication) aligned with therapy development goals xqbhyrx • Coordinate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Digital, Field Excellence, and local country teams in a matrixed organization • Serve as a key contact for assigned European markets, supporting local teams and adapting to local needs

Responsabilidades • University degree with strong experience in marketing/therapy development/HCP engagement or related life sciences roles • Fluency in English, written and spoken
