- 5+years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading complex digital andintegration initiatives across enterprise programs.
- Demonstrateddelivery experience on large-scale OpenText ECM programs—including ContentSuite, xECM, InfoArchive, with strong capability in contentanalysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, andintegration patterns.
- Strongexposure to Cloud and SaaS delivery models, including understandingof environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functionalrequirements (performance, security, availability, compliance).
- Request/responsestructures and validation
- Errorhandling and exception scenarios
- Datamapping across upstream/downstream systems
- Performance,scalability, versioning and integration best practices
- Hands‑onproficiency with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI specs forexploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints.
- Strongability to facilitate workshops, lead requirement discovery, andtranslate business needs into clear functional specifications, userstories, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills,capable of aligning business SMEs, architects, engineering teams, andvendors.
- Experienceworking across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring traceability, gapanalysis, and end‑to‑end requirements governance for ECM transformations.
- Exposureto the insurance domain, including understanding of policy, claims,customer data, regulatory and compliance-driven document processes.
