Senior Finance Analyst

Work closely with impressive CFO and wider leadership team

$120k - $140k + Super

This high growth healthcare services business have performed year on year for the last 5 years allowing them to expand their presence across Australia and with that, increase headcount across finance. Having recently solidified their financial reporting team, there is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Analyst to come in and take full ownership of their FP&A function, reporting directly into the CFO. Duties will include:

Full ownership of budgeting and forecasting process for the group

Provide high level financial analysis and commentary

Support the business long term financial planning process

Build and maintain robust financial models

Assist with the production of business cases

Partner with stakeholders across senior leadership and operational teams

Produce monthly management reports

Assist CFO on M&A activity

Continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives

To be considered, you will be CA or CPA qualified, with time spent in a chartered accounting firm highly desirable. You will have a minimum of 2 years in a commercial finance/analytical role, and be comfortable engaging with senior leaders. Prior experience with, or a vested interest in AI tools is highly regarded.
