As a Project Coordinator, you will lead and manage projects that drive operational improvements, enhance Client Experience processes, and ensure smooth execution of new strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including client experience, Product, and training - to implement scalable solutions that optimize workflows and improve overall customer experience.
You will be expected to manage timelines, ensure stakeholder alignment, mitigate risks, and measure the success of initiatives.

What skill are we looking for?
- Proven knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).
- Hands-on experience applying instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to course development.
- Ability to translate complex content into clear, engaging self-paced learning experiences.
- Familiarity with assessment design and learner evaluation techniques.
- LMS course publishing and configuration basics.
- Attention to detail and strong editorial and visual judgment.
- Availability to work in a hybrid work model, hours 10:00-18:00.
Perfect candidate also has:
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
