Job Description
We are a fast-growing vacant land investment company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer. This role is ideal for competitive individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and are eager to take control of their income and career growth.
You will engage with warm prospects who have expressed interest in our land offerings, build strong relationships, address objections, and successfully close deals.
Requirements
Engage with inbound and outbound leads and maintain consistent follow-ups
Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs
Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the sales process
Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and text messages
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Work collaboratively while managing tasks independently
- Base + commission OR commission-heavy (depending on experience)
