Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join our Private Sector Accounting Recruitment team in Dublin. Having been operational for 30 years in the Irish Market, Hays have long-standing client relationships across a broad range of Irish and international businesses. While this is a warm desk, it offers an excellent platform for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys winning business, building relationships and developing a specialist market.

You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong reputation, access to established networks, and the opportunity to build long-term partnerships with some of Ireland's leading employers. This role would suit an experienced recruiter who is commercially driven, enjoys business development and wants the backing of a recognised brand to accelerate their success. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a specialist market and have the autonomy to develop your own client portfolio while leveraging existing relationships and market presence.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on private sector appointments Identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities Building relationships with hiring managers and senior key decision makers Delivering consultative recruitment solutions to clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment life cycle from business development through to placement Developing market insight and becoming a recognised specialist within your chosen area Growing and strengthening existing client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities What You'll Need to Succeed A proven track record within agency recruitment or high volume, multi-stakeholder 180 / in-house recruitment Strong business development capability and a passion for winning new business Experience building and developing client relationships A consultative and commercial approach Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders Ambition, resilience and a results-driven mindset The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships A desire to build a successful long-term career within a specialist market Why Join Us?
