Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Training, or CAD/BIM/3D Design Software.
• Freshers with strong SketchUp proficiency and excellent communication skills may also apply.

Requirements

• Onboard new SketchUp customers and ensure successful software adoption.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training for customers and partners.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for SketchUp workflows and related solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams.
• Monitor customer usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively drive product utilization.
• Promote subscription renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional SketchUp solutions where appropriate.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate product enhancement suggestions to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through timely communication and problem resolution.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer meetings, training sessions, partner engagements, and company events.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of SketchUp, 3D modeling, and visualization workflows.
• Familiarity with architectural drawings, interior design concepts, or engineering design workflows.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and events.

Preferred Software Knowledge

• SketchUp Pro
• LayOut
• Trimble Connect
• V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, Lumion, or Twinmotion (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of CAD software is an advantage.
