We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and business-minded lawyer to move into an in-house role as Manager, Policy & Regulatory with a close-knit team in downtown Toronto. This role will involve interesting and varied work including policy, regulatory, and corporate secretarial matters. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 yearsof experience in business, finance, or securities matters either in a corporate or litigation capacity.

Familiarity with corporate governance practices and privacy matters would be an asset. This is a great opportunity for a corporate, securities, banking, litigation, or tax lawyer interested in making the transition to a quasi-legal/policy role.
