Senior Project Manager - Stacked Towns

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established and reputable residential builder/developer that’s looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their construction team. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee projects from pre-construction through close-out while driving timelines, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within scope

Coordinate site crews, trades, and subcontractors

Inspect construction work for compliance and quality standards

Track progress, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on target

Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience with wood-frame, low-rise residential, and stacked townhome projects

Strong leadership and communication skills with a solutions-focused approach
