About You:

You're someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves helping people. You're great at juggling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent service whether it's over the phone, email, or fax. You enjoy learning new processes and collaborating with different teams to solve problems.


What You'll Do:

As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly first voice our members hear when they need help – whether it's medical or general assistance. Before cases move to our Case Coordinators, you'll be the one making sure everyone gets the support they need.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Helping traveling members with practical needs like booking taxis, ambulances, hotels, and medical appointments
  • Connecting with service providers worldwide to gather reports and documentation
  • Keeping clients updated on their members' assistance progress
  • Supporting members who need help getting home safely
  • Acting as the vital link between families, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Using our case management system to track details and next steps
  • Reviewing benefit plans and confirming coverage details


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French
  • Great time management and ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving mindset with diplomatic communication style
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
