Senior Consultant - Manager, Customer Engagement Excellence

I'm working with a specialist life sciences consultancy seeking Senior Consultants and Managers to join its growing Customer Engagement Excellence team.

The practice helps pharmaceutical and biotech organisations enhance commercial effectiveness, customer experience, and engagement across increasingly complex healthcare environments.

Typical project work includes:

• Customer engagement and omni-channel strategy
• Commercial excellence programmes
• Customer segmentation and targeting
• Sales force effectiveness
• Go-to-market strategy
• Customer experience and engagement model design

We're looking for:

• Life sciences consulting experience
• Exposure to commercial excellence, customer engagement, or go-to-market projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading workstreams and presenting recommendations to clients
• A passion for helping clients improve commercial performance
