Join a team shaping the next generation of performing artists.
Dance Conservatory Australia is one of Australia’s leading pre-professional performing arts training organisations, providing exceptional education and career pathways for young dancers pursuing excellence in the performing arts.
As our organisation continues to grow, we’re expanding our team and are looking for a Marketing & Administration Coordinatorto help support the next stage of our journey.
This is more than an administration role.
It’s an opportunity to become an integral part of a passionate team, helping families navigate their journey with us while sharing the stories that inspire future students to dream bigger.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, creative and genuinely enjoys working with people. Someone who is just as comfortable creating engaging social media content as they are responding to enquiries, coordinating enrolments and supporting the daily operations of a busy performing arts organisation.
As a growing organisation, this position has been intentionally designed with flexibility. While there are core responsibilities, the role will continue to evolve as the business grows, providing opportunities to contribute across marketing, admissions, operations, events and studio hire according to organisational needs and your individual strengths.
About the Role
Working closely with the Director and leadership team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every interaction with Dance Conservatory Australia reflects our commitment to excellence, professionalism and genuine care.
No two days will look the same.
One day you might be filming rehearsals, creating social media content and scheduling marketing campaigns. The next you may be welcoming prospective families, coordinating enrolments, preparing student communications, assisting with major events or supporting our studio hire operations.
You’ll become an important part of the organisation, helping ensure that both our external presence and internal operations run smoothly.

About You

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
