About the role

We are looking for a talented professional to join an international technical support team as a Flavourist. In this role, you will support flavour creation and development projects across global markets, working closely with local technical teams in various regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver flavour development projects.
  • Conduct analytical work using chromatographic techniques and mass spectrometry to develop, characterise, and validate flavours for food applications.

  • Salary up to €65,000 plus housing allowance
  • 38.5-hour working week:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 8:00–14:30 (15-minute break)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in flavour development or chromatographic analysis
  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40 days per year)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to take initiative
