This is a great opportunity to join O2 Business as a Team Personal Assistant, providing high-quality support to a group of senior leaders and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the function.
You'll play a central role in coordinating diaries, meetings and logistics, acting as a key point of contact across stakeholders. From managing complex schedules to supporting travel and events, you'll bring structure, organisation and proactive support in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role suits someone who enjoys staying one step ahead and thrives on keeping everything running seamlessly.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
• Proven experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant role supporting senior leaders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple diaries and competing priorities
• Experience coordinating meetings, events and travel logistics in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to work from the office 5 days per week as a minimum requirement

• Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or wider leadership teams
• Familiarity with expenses, procurement or travel booking systems
• Experience organising team events, offsites or large meetings
• Understanding of corporate or matrix environments
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to suggest more efficient ways of working
