What you'll do

• Oversee engineering initiatives, including project planning, workload distribution, and progress tracking.
• Guide your team's development activities, encompassing design, coding, documentation, testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various development teams.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure our products meet high usability and quality benchmarks.
• Provide strong project management support and inspire your team to excel.
• Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with Postgres, SQL, and data architecture is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A commitment to enhancing education through technology.
