Need a Techno‐Functional Delivery Manager with strong technical expertise and functional understanding of Treasury/Investment Banking domains. This role demands a leader who can design, solution, and deliver large‐scale projects with measurable business impact, blending hands‐on technical credibility with strategic delivery leadership.

Lead and deliver large portfolio projects with significant financial, business, and technology impact.

\n

Drive solution design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, resilient outcomes.

\n

Guide teams with prior hands‐on expertise in distributed technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Cloud) to make the right technical choices.

\n

Own end‐to‐end delivery accountability, ensuring quality outcomes over team size metrics.

\n

Collaborate with business stakeholders in Treasury/Investment Banking to align solutions with functional needs.

\n

Demonstrate leadership through impactful project achievements—business transformation, cost savings, revenue growth, or operational efficiency.

\n

AsK:

18+yrs of total experience with Strong tech foundation, prior hands‐on experience; now focused on guiding and leading delivery.

\n

Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects with clear business outcomes.

\n

Blend of technical and functional expertise—not purely project/program management, nor a core architect.

\n

Domain knowledge in Investment Banking/Treasury preferred.

\n

Experience in distributed tech stack (Java, Spring Boot, Cloud).

\n

Immediate availability is highly desirable.

\n
