国际物流管理经理International Logistics Management Manager

岗位职责 | Job Responsibilities

1. 负责海外区域运输计划编制与执行，协调国际海运、陆运、铁路及当地配送资源。 Plan and execute transportation schedules for overseas regions, coordinating international sea, land, rail, and local distribution resources.
2. 对接海外销售、仓储、承运商、货代及清关代理，保障整车/KD件出口交付。 Liaise with overseas sales, warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure delivery of CBU vehicles and KD kits.
3. 跟进货物到港、清关、转运、配送等关键节点，保障交付时效。 Monitor key milestones including port arrival, customs clearance, transshipment, and delivery to ensure on-time performance.
4. 处理运输延误、破损、单证异常、清关问题及客户投诉等突发情况。 Handle disruptions such as delays, damage, documentation discrepancies, customs issues, and customer complaints.
5. 管理物流费用账目，审核账单，统筹供应商对账与结算。 Manage logistics expense accounts, review invoices, and oversee supplier reconciliation and settlement.
6. 统计分析运输成本、时效达成率、准时率、异常率等数据，输出改善建议。 Analyze transportation costs, transit time performance, on-time delivery rate, and exception rate; provide improvement recommendations.
7. 协助优化运输线路、供应商绩效及物流网络，降低全链路成本。 Support route optimization, supplier performance evaluation, and logistics network planning to reduce end-to-end costs.
8. 建立并完善运输操作流程、SOP及单证管理规范。 Establish and refine transportation operational procedures, SOPs, and documentation management standards.

任职要求 | Job Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
2. 5年以上国际物流/供应链管理经验，有整车或汽车零部件国际运输经验者优先。 5+ years of experience in international logistics/supply chain management; experience in automotive CBU or parts transportation preferred.
3. 熟悉海运、陆运、清关、仓储配送全链路，有海外区域实操经验者优先。 Familiar with end-to-end sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing; overseas hands-on experience preferred.
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、ERP/TMS系统。 Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel and ERP/TMS systems.
5. 英语可作为工作语言，具备跨文化沟通能力。 English as a working language, with cross-cultural communication skills.
6. 抗压能力强，能适应海外出差。 Resilient under pressure, adaptable to overseas business travel.
