Warehouse Staff

We are seeking a hands‑on warehouse staff member to lead our warehouse operations with a strong focus on attitude, safety, cleanliness, and team culture. This role suits someone who leads from the front, sets high standards, and takes pride in building a safe, organised, and high‑performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Drive a strong safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑organised warehouse environment at all times
• Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met and improved
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock control systems
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
