The Role

Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day, plus emails, and own each case end‑to‑end.

Diagnose the issue, resolve it (ideally first time), and keep customers updated.

Log cases accurately and flag trends to help us improve.

You Are

Calm under pressure. Curious, empathetic, tech‑savvy.

A clear communicator with fluent English.

You prefer flexible conversations over rigid script‑driven environments.

Confident using technology and navigating systems.
