Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Feel Good Foods in Epping, VIC 3076. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution and delivery functions. 6am -2:30pm

What you'll be doing

• Safely and efficiently delivering orders to our customers across metropolitan Melbourne
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and delivery vehicles
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
• Collaborating with the wider operations team to optimise delivery and distribution processes
• Position is appropriately 70% driving 30% warehouse duties.

What we're looking for

• A current, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Experience in a similar delivery or warehousing role, preferably within the food or logistics industry
• Experience in a multi drop environment, courier background a bonus.
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and willing to deliver boxes up to 15kg
