Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Pre-Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Pre-Sales professional will handle incoming leads, engage with prospective clients, and understand their interior requirements and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting design concepts and service offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure accurate information is shared.

The role also involves maintaining follow-ups, supporting clients through the decision-making process, and contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Customer Service and client relationship management skills to deliver a positive and professional experience.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities to qualify leads, close deals, and support achievement of revenue targets.
• Training or mentoring skills to guide clients through design options and educate them on products and services.
• Previous experience in interior design pre-sales, real estate, or related customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple leads and consultations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project workflows is an advantage.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is beneficial.
