About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales leadership, team management, business development, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
• Proven experience leading a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
