Distribution Lead (Shipping, 2nd Shift)

Manage and optimize resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of processes, systems, and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the company with a solid understanding and familiarity with the services, products and technologies used by the Company and its customers. Develop, direct and mentor managers of the Company's Installation, Service, Major Accounts and Senior Living teams, ensuring all aspects of their departments are continuously evaluated for efficient operation and are aligned with the company’s direction. Provide direction, leadership, and support with team’s performance plans. Liaise with team members, other departments, vendors and customers to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple and significantly complex projects and assignments, with high level of autonomy and accountability for results. Experience in the communications or technology industry is an asset. Experience with UC, CC, SaaS is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
