Job Description

Canberra preferred, though applicants from all Australian states will be considered.
Australian Citizens only — must be willing to undergo security clearance.
12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Option analysis — evaluate leasing options and provide fact‑based recommendations
  • Financial modelling — build robust models for shortlisted opportunities
  • Client presentations — assist in preparing clear, data‑driven presentation packs
  • Lease reporting — manage and update Lease Outcomes/Savings reports
  • Market assessments — prepare lease summaries and key term analyses
  • KPI reporting — support monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Market research — monitor demographic and economic trends and provide insights
  • Comparable evidence — collect market data for leased sites
  • Critical dates management — update MIS systems to ensure all transactions are accurately captured
  • Ad hoc reporting — support Leasing Executives and Transaction Managers with client requests

Background & Experience

  • Recent graduates in Property, Real Estate, Finance, Business or related fields encouraged to apply
  • Experience in commercial real estate or leasing (desirable)
  • Market knowledge of local or regional areas (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive stakeholder relationships

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Tertiary qualification in real estate, finance, or business (preferred)
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn MIS/lease systems
