About the Position:
An opportunity currently exists for Property Analyst to join their team in a key role. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and reporting data through to valuers and internal management team
- Maintaining relationships with valuers and external referral partners
- Maintaining valuation spreadsheets and CRM
- Attend meetings on site for various projects and developments
- Stay abreast across market conditions and industry relevant information to present to relevant sales and management teams
- Writing reports and researching
What we're looking for:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- 2 - 5 years Property Valuation experience or similar
- Experience within the residential property, development or real estate essential
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Exceptional presentation
