Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office and provide high-level administrative support to our Leadership Team and broader ANZ business. Based in Parramatta, NSW, this full-time role offers a diverse and hands-on opportunity to take ownership of office operations, facilities management, administration, and employee support.

As the central point of coordination for the office, you will play a key role in creating an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. This position is ideally suited to a proactive, highly organised individual who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sydney office and provide support to the ANZ team.

Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming workplace environment.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and facilities providers.

Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and vendor relationships.

Support workplace health and safety initiatives and participate in WHS activities.

Executive & Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team and management.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail, and courier services.

Prepare purchase orders and assist with supplier administration.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes where required.

Reception & Employee Support

Welcome visitors and provide a professional first point of contact.

Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner.

Support staff with general office requirements and workplace initiatives.

Assist in organising company events, celebrations, conferences, and team activities.

Provide general administrative assistance across the business as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work independently.

Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience using ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support others.
