Alice Springs College of Australia Pty. Ltd. (ASCA) focuses on fostering independent thought and effective communication in students through quality-driven instruction that offers leadership opportunities and experiential learning in Australia. ASCA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our main campus in Burwood NSW.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the institute and ensuring the organisation runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Skills Requirement: You should have a minimum Diploma in Management, Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. At least one year of relevant experience is required. In addition, you should possess sound organisational and time-management skills, and proficiency in office management systems and software applications.
Key tasks for this role include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional working environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems to support operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Manage procurement activities, inventory control, and the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate campus facilities, including repairs, maintenance, and essential service providers.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare operational reports, correspondence, and documentation to support management decision-making.
- Manage internal and external communication channels, including the website, telephone systems, and email platforms.
- Coordinate staff onboarding and induction processes, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support for human resources functions.
- Liaise with staff, students, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
