About the position

Our Pumps & Systems business is growing, and we need someone with strong organisational and people skills to help us provide high-quality customer serviceto our customersacross Australia and New Zealand. As the successful candidate, you'll be fundamental in helping us succeed. You'll be part of our warehouse team supporting warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsible for supporting warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP. Ensures safe material handling, coordinates freight shipments, provides customer service support, and contributes to efficient warehouse operations and stock management.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Warehouse:receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP
  • Ensures safe material handling, provides customer service support, and contributes to efficient warehouse operations and stock management.
  • Logistics handling and coordination – including preparation, receipt and dispatch of domestic and international shipments
  • Maintain close and effective relationships with company Workshop, Sales & Service teams to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse roles, or a similar (preferred)
  • Flexible ‘can-do’ attitude with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse and shipping procedures
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Software toolsWillingness to learn systems and follow written guidelines
  • Full work rights (valid visa) for Australia
  • Forklift licence
