About the role:

In this inbound/outbound customer service role, you will deliver high-level, personalised assistance to help customers with general sales and order enquiries. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.

Duties:

• Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
• Offer solutions that best meet customer needs
• Answer all calls and emails to sales support in a polite, friendly, timely and professional manner
• Provide inventory/delivery/dispatch details as requested
• Manage and be responsible for the sales inbox
• Provide sales/inventory reports as requested
• Regularly contact customers with backorders to confirm if stock is still required and update backorders on the system accordingly
• Manage any customer return and credit requests
• Assist with any sales/promotional programs
• Update customers on any ETA or order changes in a timely manner

Skills and Experience:

• Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
• Intermediate computer skills
• Great organisational skills
