Due to an opening within our business, we are seeking a friendly, outgoing office all rounder to assist the internal team with general sales administration, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
The role will cover multiple daily duties which you will be required to focus on, however the main areas of this positions are:
- Coordinating incoming inquiries
- Data entry of quotes and orders
- Liaising with factory & warehouse staff to produce positive customer outcomes
- Maintaining internal filing system
About you:
- Sales experience, telecommunications within a technical retail brand or an associated industry
- Previous data entry within a sales environment
- Tertiary qualified preferable but not a deal breaker

- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about our products and markets.
- Good business sense and a professional manner

- Ability to interact with all levels of staff, management, directors and external contacts.
