Job Description
Our Client, manufacture to the Building and Supplies Industry, and are based in Pinkenba. They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service professional to join their team for an immediate start. This is a casual role based at their Pinkenba office, with a view to permanency. The role is Monday to Friday 7.30am-3.30pm.
What you will Bring:
- Process and schedule customer orders to ensure best use of inventory and warehouse capacity
- Handle customer enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and e-mail
- Build rapport & maintain relationships with customers
- Co-ordinate with internal sales, warehouse and inventory teams
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within t=the Warehouse/Logistics Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing tailored solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM and other business software, preferably SAP
- A positive, enthusiastic and resilient attitude
