About You

You will be team player passionate about building relationships and customer engagement. Have strong administrative, communicationand organisation skills. Possess high computer literacy; ability to analyse data, quick to learn software applications and comfortable with process automation.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming customer calls and emails

With AI assistance (Processing customer orders, resolving queries and complaints)

Support the co-ordination of urgent deliveries and pickups 3rdparty couriers

Liaise with our sales and internal commercial teams across Australia and New Zealand

Proactively engage with customers to improve customer experience

Build relationships with customers and use your data intelligence to identify sales opportunities

Contribute to sales lead generation and conversion

Maintain accurate CRM records and supporting issue resolution

To be successful:

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to patient, customer, and healthcare provider enquiries professionally, accurately, and with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

Previous experience with SAP, Power BI, Power Automate or Salesforcewould be highly advantageous

Demonstrate strong attention to detail by accurately processing orders, managing customer records, and ensuring compliance with medical industry regulations and quality standards.

Build effective relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and customers through clear communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment by remaining organised, meeting service level agreements (SLAs), and consistently identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
