Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work with our client inAutomotive Industry.

• Lidcombe, NSW
• $38 per hour + Super
• Start Date: ASAP - 8 August
• Hours: 9am – 5:00pm
• Roster: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday(Wednesday& Sundayoff)
• Full training provided on your first shift

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support a high-volume delivery period within a leading automotive environment.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll combine front‑of‑house customer service, administrative support, and delivery coordination to ensure customers have a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a premium, friendly experience
• Provide guidance on basic product features and functionality
• Support delivery operations and appointment coordination
• Assist with vehicle staging and preparation for handover
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checks
• Provide general administrative support as required
• Assist with movement of vehicles, including trade‑ins and used vehicles

About You

You are a confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, team environment. You bring:

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive, team‑oriented approach
• Reliability and flexibility across rostered shifts
• Valid Australian or International Driver's license is required

Casual Loading
